yes,it"s right, you can remap this flash and don't get this error and you will not get the limp mode ,but:
1-you will loose the turbo presure, becose to adapt the flash to your engine the tuner have to modify the turbo maps for low presure
2-when you will find the probleme of your low turbo presure and certenly you will repaire it,you will get other limp mode, and when you will scan your ecu you will find DTC presure turbo is so high

hello

if it`s every thing ok, just put original dump and problem solved, did you check flaps on turbo?

Have you done any data-logging to see actual boost and turbo solenoid valve actuation/duty cycle...?

You need to do this to diagnose the fault...

A remap isn't the solution, there is an underlying problem.

Its not easy resolve problem w/o logs from diagnosis. If you make it you will have your solution.
For good test you need save log : 3-rd gear from 2000prm till 3600rpm with full load (acselerator press down). Info is used : IQ, Air mass flow, turbo pressure, egr and Turbo control solenoid in %. In VAG also used smoke and torq limitation info. If you will do it = you will get solution for free.
