Ok.
So I am new here and don't want to freeload all the way so I am happy share some of my stuff.
Question is how do I upload to rapidshare or megaupload.
I have winrar and I have archived a file as a demo (GNR latest Album).
Sent this to Rapidshare took an absolute age and I was not given a web address to retrive from.
Is there a demo / uploading for noobs guide about.

I think you need to have a 'paid for' subscription account to upload to rapidshare...
However i believe that 4shared is free to upload/download. You do need to log again before 30 days is up though (so every month) or your files will be deleted...

Thank Caveman quick reply. I have a pad subscription as part of a dnation to another site, does that mean I am uploding to general or just there account so they will delete the files.
Sorry such a newbie it is a joke.

you have a paid subcription to who?
To upload the link to DK go to the downloads section and click 'add' from the top (menu bar). Put in the details about the file, i.e. name, size, version, release date..
whether it is a zip or rar etc..
put the website url main box but hit the code (#) tags first and insert the url between the tags.
If you wish to upload file onto DK do downa bit further and you will see the upload function.
Be sure that file is clean of virus and trojans first.. no cracks seailas or warez though...

I use rapiduploader to upload to rapidshare. You can add several files and leave it to upload them one by one.
If you have a premium account with Rapidshare, go into the Premium Zone on rapidshare.com and you will see the links for the files you've uploaded.
