help! peugeot 807 hdi edc15 bricked

helo this morning i was on a peugeot 807 trying to read and write ecu using mpps programmer, the reading was good but when it came to writing it failed, i tried agaid but no luck in reading ecu id kept on comming of general error, basically ecu got bricked. can anyone help, has anyone got pictures of ecu which chip to read or programmer to use to read and write on bench. i have the xprog-m if this will help

bocsh edc15 20 hdi on a p807 55 reg

Open the ecu remove the AM29F400BT (PSOP44) and write original flash in to chip or tuned file with chks corrected, solder back in all will be good

Do u know which programmmer i need with this socket can i use xprog or upa.

No you need a eeprom / flash / universal programmer and a psop44 to dip40 adapter, or take the ecu to somebody nearby with the correct equipment.

Hi, please explain how You program it in boot-mode. Some time ago I tried to write flash to PSA EDC15C2 on bench with MPPS (boot pin) but no success. Only desolder work and write in programmer.

I havnt tested this yet but i will do soon
I think you ground pin 24 switch on ignition write dump withmpps without id and then let go of ground.

Which programmer did u use to do job just in case it doesnt work?

You can us for example VP-280,I use it to flash AM29F400BT.

I used Willem with PSOP44 adapter that support 28,29/LV,F/200,400,800 flashes.
