audi A3 jaeger dash

hi to all i have common problem with this dash is dead dont work nothing dash is jaeger i manage to find vdo dash also from audi conectors are same blue and green one did dash will work i know that i need to program transporder to start car

just cover immo light, and remove immo everything ok, done it many time,

i try vdo,motormeter,everything work immo on but i can communicate with dash to make new keys why this dashes dont communicate with vag can 1.4 when i put original jaeger it is ok
