Multidi@g vci not reconized

I have multidiag vci interface (XS PASSTHRU+),
Office multidiag 1 / 2010 installed, key right, driver installed, the light of vci turns red I change pc nothing change vci always not recognized as new hardware detected,the problem occurred after installing an antivirus, even though I just reinstalled still same problem.
I need help from dk expert,thanks advance.

look to serial nr of the hardware. put the nr that is written in the description of the tool.

I think that the default from interface vci passthru with the red light that lights up continuously, that is a dump or something that solves this problem?

Try to resolder pcb like picture.Check with multimeter your cable.If not work change dump.Regards

I have original vci not clone,work with this dump?
My dealer multidiag is far away.
