Is there a cloned version of this? just don't want to get caught out purchasing one? Also are the images/support available compatible with the xtrend9000, xtrend9100, and clarke tech9100?

no there is no cloned version however all the boxes you listed above are the exact same receiver just re-badged by clarke tech to get more money touting it as a new box.

I dont think there is a cloned version of the ET9000.
The Clark Tech 9000 and 9100 are the same box with the same specs - just rebadged by one CT I think.....I know that one makes them and the other just rebadges and sells on.
As for the images and support - I can say it is good. Stable image with excellent quality, and lots of plugins.

yes mate thats correct.
xtrend are the ODM = original design manufacturers, they initially sold the 9000 to clarke tech who named it the ET9000, xtrend then decided to start selling the boxes them selves under their own name. clarke tech then managed to buy another shipment from xtrend and consequently decided to badge it as a ET9100 and add ?40 to the price, even though it is identical to the ET9000.

The 9000 has been reduced now to a similar price as the Duo @?319 so look around and you may find it cheaper.

it still does not stop some more dubious retailers ( ahem lavatronics ) selling the et9100 for ?40 more than the identical et9000.

Too True and to say that they are also identical and someone is trying to profit by ?40 is outrageous.
Dont forget people the Clarke-tech 9000/9100 and Xtrend 9000 are identical in every way.
