There's one for sale in Hungary and a friend of mine would like to buy it but the seller doesn't have the code for it.

If so we would buy it, and I'll be here with the dump in a few days ;)

UPDATE!!!!

The radio is here with me now.

But I can't find the 93C06 EEPROM :( There's no EEPROM on the underside, inside I found two SOIC8 IC and a DIP IC. Which of these could be the suspect?

I've attached the dump :)

There are three dumps, as Willem GQ4X gives three different type of 93C06 memories, and each gave a different file. The first one seems to be the real one. The second seems to be the byte swapped alternative of the first. And the third seems a bit irrelevant...

I've read it out with XProg and UPA too, but they gave two different readings too, but these were the same as the first and the second dump!
