which devices tool are more intersting , bmw explorer or bmw keycoder?
for key programming and for diagnostic.

if you want to make the key easier. use keycoder.
if you want for diagnostic and make key you can use bmw explorer but this tool need external tool for make key. you need hitag2

yeh but the abrites doesnt program the CAS Keys properly, remote functions never work so need a better device for doing that job, wasted thousands of dollars trying to get that to work. Key coder apparently does the job well

bmw keycoder does what it says very good very simple to use . programs new bmw keys without problems remote and all.
waiting for there pro to come out .had this for a while now very happy

you can use the ak90 it best and cheep for all EWS .its can read all EWS without de_soldering the mcu and without erase it .

this is more expensive than bmw keycoder isn't it so why would anyone consider this over keycoder?

I have keycoder and I am happy with it. I think much better to have device what make only things with immo and work good as have all in one because when something is more complex You get more bugs too. all in one = nothing

Keycoder and 3.1 hitag if clones less than 600usd. Does not work on bimmers reflashed/updates last 7 months in us. Recent service Have to read micro.
