how to reactive the radio without download software from VOLVO.
cos i have change the CEM before.could live but a few seconds off again.

How changed CEM ? (reflash, desoldering or elese)
Are you sure reason radio off is change CEM. With old CEM radio is working?
Can you read fault code?

This can be the hardware number of CEM is checked by ICM or ICM hardware number from new CEM still is stored. Radio system ( all ecu fiber net) is secured and can not change between cars. Without volvo software it maybe hard.

Vanos have you sorted problem with this radio ??
If yes could you give me some advice i have same problem with v50 after somebody stolen oryginal radio
