Software number BMW E46

Hi! Search for ECU hardware number (7digit) for BMW E46, DDE 5.04,M47, with Automatic transmission!
If needed,the VIN is WBAAP71040PN45212.
I want to reprogram the existing ECU, which is for manual transmission, to automatic.
The base number of my ECU is 7793433 with loaded soft 7795180.
Unfortunately the original ECU was broken, and no labels on it...
