Error 3194 when trying to update ipod touch?

im tgrying to upgrade my ipod touch to the newer software, whatever its called but at the point where its restoring it i come across the error 3194 right at the end of restoring. Ive searched this problem but can only find stuff about jailbreak cases i Have NOT jailbroken my ipod. i bought it new. if anyone can help i can very much appreciate.

If you been using TinyUmbrella you need to uncheck "Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit" in the Advanced tab quit TinyUmbrella and Restore ipod.......:party::party::party::party::party:
