Cheap courier to the USA?

Anyone know a cheap courier to the USA? Or one that does it by actual weight?

Tried the usual, Parcel Force, DHL, City Link, TNT, UPS, FedEX, InterParcel.

They all go by volume weight which is going to make the shipment expensive.

It's only a intake manifold that weighs 3 kg, but they are all wanting to charge me for 8kg.

Yeah I use them all the time. Cheapest with them is DHL which is ?41.80

Even Royal Mail is cheaper lol
