good key reader

im planning on buying a key reader, but i need advice on a reasonably price one, this is not a regular thing for me programming keys etc, im am an autoelectrician.

look here Scorpio-LK (http://www.scorpio-lk.com/eng_index/index.html) .tango is a good tool but if you need it .also you can read the price cataloge on page and details for the product.
