i have an ews that was read, if i want to write it, it is telling me incorrect. i need help in modifying it please. File read from od46j attached

I THINK YOU CAN NOT WRITE TRANPONDER WITH YOUR PROGRAMMER.....YOU SEE FILE CORRUPT...
USE THIS FILE FOR FIX IT...
