anyone with smd air nozzles experience?

I plan to buy air nozzle for some QFP's any one tell me with experience some advantages and disadvantages of air nozzles?

got 2 never used em mate
just use the 5mm nozzle the long one i bought from allandale
waste of money IMHO

any idea to protect nearby components for overheating when desoldering?

it's a matter of experience...buy some old boards and make some practice before you start with the mcu.
