72degree west image
Hi Guys, am out in sunny barbados at mo and want to setup a dm500s I am looking for an image that will cover 72deg west which is direct tv. All the ones I have seen seem to stop at 65 deg just tried Gemini 4.7 nobomb but same result any help appreciated. cheers guys

just install satellite xml

satellites.xml generator (http://www.satellites-xml.com/)

it's not the image that dictates the range of satellites receivable bu the satellites.xml file.

select all the locations you want to receiver and download the file then load it to your receiver and go from there.

cheers guys did cable for years now doing sat am ok in uk so I have downloaded the latest sat xml file from your link psats again cheers. where does this go in dreambox, I think Var/etc from wot I have read. I assume I can use DCC to ftp it to the relevant folder. cheers. Do I just reboot dm500s and go to sat setup and the sats should be there.
