I am looking for someone that knows how to tune this Ford engine. My car is Euro 3 (HJBB) so it doesn't have a variable geometry turbocharger, it has a position sensor on the EGR valve that is vacuum operated. It also doesn't have a MAF. I read somewhere that it is tricky to tune. I currently have a tune on the car but i have lots of black smoke. I don't like it.

You request too much torque. for example you want ~500nm in dw. but conversion map counts only till 380nm. 72mg fuel too much smoke with boost like this. Lamda maps edited to wrong side. turbo map also almost everything raisen 150mbars

Unfortunately i got some issues on my 2.2hdi :( I did DPF EGR off but boost pressure always is to high its actually to high (i checked there were 1,7kg/cm). I think that EGR should takes some exhaust gases then the VTG turbocharger gets less pressure.

My EGR valve is fixed now. Has anybody the force to swipe Only DPFoff (Eloysoff) on my pretty file? would that be possible?

It is not possible, memory is 27PC210 , you have to remove it and read it with eeprom reader

I had same problem with Audi A4 B7 2005 2.0 TDI BLB

Fixed by changing highlighted values to 900, same as the cold start map, hope it helps.

Problem is lazy starter motor as it ages, remap fixes it if you don't want to replace it.

You are wrong. those two maps isnt hot and cold temperatures maps. In both of them you have wide range of temperature

Please do not turn off EGR and FAP, just leave it as it is.
