flash only ecu original file with autel, launch, thinkdiag online, good internet connection, voltage stabilizer and then read again original file so as to modified it

I tested that map you did and I found that the EGR fault can be cleared but if i switch the vehicle off then restart it the engine light will illuminate. The fault is motor for intake Manifold Flap (V157) No Signal P3102. Is this fault code possible to eliminate?

If you can remove DTC 3102 which is related to the EGR but because I removed the motor and flap assembly the ECU flags this alarm. The DTC can be removed with Winols but Im not to familiar with it

hi, i wanted to help you with dpf and egr, and cruise control.
But unfortunately, it seems that it was not a problem of the removed dpf or egr, but you most likely have a faulty abs system. The file you attached is not the original bin. in this file, errors of the ABS controller are deleted from the dtc table, also from the speed of individual wheels, airbags, as well as the O2 Probe Deleted. It would be useful in this situation to get the original file and check how the car behaves, unfortunately I do not have one

Must be the same SW and HW , When the HW and SW match, I would just check the differences between the files, and revert my file to its original form based on the other one. I'll check the files you sent but I don't have time at the moment, I'll get back to you later

First u need a change your local "ECM Tuner " .. its completly shit inside for example 4 pics and missing maps, but cracked ecm can only this :D

Dude please don't do that, 7000rpm will kill this engine faster than you think, you'll unscrew the oil pump nut and seize the engine. max 6800rpm on the stock oil pump, unless you modify the pump by inserting a stronger axle + reworked gear wheel screwed on with 4 bolts. I have been building drift cars for 10 years, mainly BMW, I also have a BMW with such an engine myself, I know what I am saying, believe me, because later you will be looking for a new engine. I can help with the software. I just don't quite understand what you're asking for. In fact, there is not much that can be improved in the stock ms42 map, I can improve the vanos map, increase the response to the gas pedal, Improve the diss valve map because in the upper part of the revolutions it has a moment when it shortens the intake and it is better when it is open. Starting the ignition and fuel is pointless, better intake, larger throttle, better manifold then it makes any sense to touch, it's best to convert the controller to ms43, it is much more modifiable, so to speak.

buddy, you probably don't quite understand how it works, I guarantee you that if you do it this way and upload a different file, you won't start the car again. You didn't provide basic stuff like hw sw or upload your file. I advise you to refrain from any actions until you know the principle of operation, Chinese Kess clone is not everything

Is anyone able to improve my DISA/Vanos maps and increase the throttle response? The car is noticeably weak up to about 4k then it really takes off, I suspect due to the decat and M54B30 intake.

I am hoping to drift the car in a couple of days and would be useful to have a little more power and smoother delivery.

I have managed to raise the rev limiter to 7k but been advised to bring it back down to 6800, I always run it on 99ron fuel and it has an aftermarket exhaust, I’m am trying to learn to do it myself but not confident to start changing any sort of fuel/ timing etc, a good map to be able to compare against the original would greatly help improve my understanding. Full 512kb bin file is attached in linked post
