are you sure that all modules are ok and ecu is original for the car?
Code B1017 is Passenger Deployment Loop Open
Code B1015 is Passenger Deploy. Loop Resistance High
Code B1001 is Option Configuration Error

Did you have that DTC before you repaird / cleaned eeprom dump ?

yes ecu is fitted to this car during accident , check for fiat fault , i think it should be ecu faulty, i will try to put original dump back tommorrow to check what fault comes back
