Mitsubishi carisma

Hello guys,
it is about a mitsubishi carisma diesel, ecu type edc13, it had problem with belt timing was cutted and we changed, but after that it has another problem check engine on dashboard flashing and vehicle can not start, also we can not communication with any diagnostic device... any ideas ?

If it was OK before changing the belt, check cam timing and everything else at that end of the engine

Yes, agreed with liteacs...... also check all fuses and wirings at the Pump as well......... as to why you don't have communication with other systems.........What Scan Tool are you using

When you say:

"Belt was cutted"

Do you mean belt was broken ?? If so no diagnostics equipment in the world is going to fix that, check compression to see how many belt valves you've got
