I need help reading the chip 1E25B in Mazda 323

Pin 1 - VppR (9V)
Pin 2 - B5 (reset)
Pin 11 - B2 (PB1)
Pin 23 - B6 (PB3)
Pin 26 - B3 (PA0)
Pin 27 - Vcc (5V)
Pin 28 - GND

Do i read in-circuit or need to desolder it from board for the pin connection?

Pls help with Mazda immo EEPROM 1E25B reading with xprog.attached is how I got d wires solder according to d xprog manual attached too.Device silence error mesg anytime I read.are my connections.pls explain wat r B0,B1,B6 etc.Are they colours of wires to b solder if yes pls direct on wat to do.Thanks.

try to read 1E25B form Mazda Temic immo box with UPA and X-prog but still nothing.
