I have problem with c3 1400 hdi
SID804
HW9648624280 5WS40110C-T
SW9653447480
i have changed burned ecu with new ecu (same numbers and same flash number file i have verified)
i have replaced 29F400BB eeprom and 93c56 eeprom with the olds but car dont start i have eeprom error in ecu motor fan turn quickly.
Could someone give me the pin code from this dumps or reset them for learn with lexia

Take original eprom and flash back,virginise eprom and take some adaptation with LEXIA.

Dont have it. I think that EPROM has to be virginised.
Found this ioterminal.com it seems like good tool for SIEMENS ecus.

ecu state is after sales now but i cant erase errors
no body has 93c56 virgin file

Match the ECU with BSI using PIN code after that you can erase errors and configure.

I know but its done
when ecu is aftersales state i cant pair with bsi via pp2000 (telecoding impossible)
i wait 5 min with ignition switch off and they are paired
i have prgrammed one key without problem but same
i think problem is 93c56 memory
i cant find virgin file for sid804 i have for 801 803 but not sid804 sure

93c56 not the located in the unit, this also 93c56 in the control unit eeprom?
