What ECU dumping tool do you recommend

Hey guys

What tool do you recommend that has the best compatibility?
I very nearly bought one of these: SMPS MPPS Tuning Remap Chiptuning Tool V3 V4 V5 V12 | eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SMPS-MPPS-Tuning-Remap-Chiptuning-Tool-V3-V4-V5-V12-/200671983255?pt=UK_Diagnostic_Tools_Equipment&hash=item2eb8fb7697)

but it doesn't support the Marelli ECU in my Citroen C5 so that's out the window.

MagPro2 looks good and supports Marelli but is a bit expensive. Anything else you would recommend?
