hi! i want to make a spare key

i have here a immobox 30864647 immo3 from a volvo v40 year 1999

i read out 93C56 eeprom,

how can i adapt a key??

can anyone help me?

Memory device is serial eeprom 93c56 or 93c66, both SMD8 For 93c56 expected file size is 256 bytes, for 93c66 is 512 bytes.
Use PCF7935 or Silca T15 - JMA TP14 transponder.
Written transponder is ready programmed to start the vehicle.

Vehicles equipped with this unit:
Volvo: C70(1998-), S40(1998-), S70(1998-), S80(1998-1999), V40(1998-), V70(1998-2000)
Volvo trucks: FH12"

i just have tagkeytool but i see they support only v40 -1998 93c46.

which tool is the best for this Tango??
