p38 immo off

have a p38 1999 2.5td BMW range rover with immo fault,i have removed 93c46 and engine starts and runs but have really bad power issue so can someone help with immo off for this dump

Just need to make conection for starter.

thanks,starter was always turning but not starting until 93c46 was removed so should hopefully be ok,
