hello m8! i am a newbie on hyndai immo :(

i have to programm a key from a hyundai atos 2001,

can someone please tell me what i have to do to programm a key to this car.

is it enough to have the pin code from vin?

do i need a special programm like on vw vcds to programm key to the immosystem?
