53 reg, 1.5l, lost the keys so programmed 1 using nissan consult ,will start but everytime the ign is turned off for a few seconds, will not start again and key light flashes until i go back into system and program key again, this happens everytime. nissan consult says new key is programmed and car will start evertime if i start constantly, but when i leave a few seconds key light on dash flashes red and it will not start again. i do not have remote key with car just a transponder key, could this be the problem. thanks

Hi

Are you sure you have used the right Transponder Chip as when a wrong Transponder Chip is used that's how it does.............

Also check the connections at the Key Reader Coil for loss connections..........

Hope this helps................

the transponder come directly from nissan ,it was a id46 for that vehicle. i had to take off immo box located up above the clutch pedal to get pin access code, as this car was on the change in that year. thanks for your replys guys, do you think they got it wrong on the transponder side. thanks

Hi, radiosolutions !
Nissan Consult can't programming key on NATS 5.0. This is manual procedure: after entering PIN code NATS light goes off ; turn ignition ON for ~5 sec ; turn ignition OFF for ~5 sec ; 1st key is programmed now, if you have other keys repeat previous 2 steps ; after programming all keys START the car with already programmed key. Turn ignition OFF and when NATS light comes flash, try to start with programmed keys.
