Mazda CX9 smart key programming how

I have 2009 Mazda CX9 with smart key.
How do you mates add a smart key to it?
I tried SBB, T300, Master x431 with no luck.

Well looks like nothing will work but Ford IDS. Too bad it doesn't work with AVDI passthrough driver.
Is there a cheaper interface for Ford/Mazda interface?
