C1O Flash File- Help

Can someone help me with a flash file for a Cat C10, SN:8YS07551.
While working on the engine I somehow made a mistake while trying to flash the ECM and now I have lost communication. I cannot recover the file.

Someone please advise

This is a new ECM that came blank, when I attempt to start flashing I get this message " it is inapproiate to flash the ECM at this time service tool cannot determine the reason"

I am not sure maybe I am using the latest flash file, can someone provide me with an older file. 229-4983 or 212-1435

Better yet if someone can explain what I need to do to flash transmission blank (new) ECM for cat 525B skidder
