upa error 997

Hi friends I have a problem, I bought a clone upa installed on the pc and so far so good, when I test hardware or try to read any part of it gives me the error: error 997
Where am I wrong? if someone can help me thank:secruity:

When u put your upa in usb port the green led its on?
Tri to use one outside power suply and swich the jumper from upa prog and tri again maybe u dont have the good power from usb,and tri to cgange the usb cable too becouse the cable its very low quality.Good Luck.

U have to buy original UPA, which is only several bucks more and U have full support and no need to bother us here on DK with piece of sh*t from china!
