to uprate a 40 pin ecm with a low nox file and a high interlock code first flash to industrial file 1934649. before you do anything copy current ecm replacment configuration and save in et. then flash to file 1934649. program the hp rating 1to 1 as usual and fls 0 and fts 0. now flash to the desired file. now install the original ecm replacment file. program the hp rating 1 to 1. use the factory password kg to program fls and fts to fuel numbers that go with your uprate file
