Pin from vin only possible if using Clip, system uses incode outcode system but unless you ordered card from dealer then no t possible with clip, what do you plan on programming the card with?

Unless the Card was ordered from dealer then you can't program the card, outcode won't match renault.net so impossible to get code, you can:
a. order fresh card from dealer then find someone to calculate incode (not so easy to find)
b. buy new tool that does it without need for incode
c. call a professional locksmith out to do it for you

No idea, but what Drakov is saying is when Claude or Jacques in the factory makes the card, he adds the VIN Number to it before he sticks it to the back of a snail or frogs leg to your company.
When you get a card or blank chip from One Hung Low it has no vin number stored init.
Suggest you look for 'Arbtites72.com' or 'true code'
M-H-M have been lucky enough out of 8258 posts only one post involved physcally cutting a card open, otheriwse not needed to have anything do do with these things
