how can I read this hc05x32 0J69D,1J69D without unsolder with upa usb in-circuit

the best way is to desolder and read it with etl or xprog-m on board, i would not risk it to read it with upa in circuit.

The only way is to desolder and read it with etl or xprog-m on board. ETL doc. indicates that this unit the MCU is set as security enable.

If you will try with upa incircuit 100% mcu will be erased.

Can't read this MCU with UPA USB

Try like friends says Xprog or ETL Programmer...
