Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, level 3

Hey guys, I hope this is ok to ask here...seems this is more of modding forum than a games forum.

In Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions...i've reached level 3, where you're going after Hammerhead in the trainyard. I've gotten to the point where you have to crawl up to a window of the warehouse to proceed - but I can't get spiderman to go into the window. It's been very frustrating, just wondering if anyone has any idea what i'm doing wrong, or if there is something i'm missing?

I had actually already gone that route...and it seems like i've done everything in the walkthrough up to the point of going through that damn window. It's yellow, like it's ready for me to go through but when i crawl up to it, it just angles me away :(

Just a thought but do you need to swing into it instead of crawling
