Peugeot 206 km correction 1999 HELP

hi all
i have this dash and want to adapt new km value on mc68hc05h12. i read it with upa and change km value than write it and everything seem to be good but when i read it again it show me the old km value... how is that possible any idea
i have to close this dash please someone help me ????

i solve it . i have to cut Vdd on P9 so there is no Voltage on pin 10 of the motorola processor. doing this all goes right.thank you all
