add xml file

I have been using this image on my dm800pro for 4 months now, I am having trouble adding a xml file for 16e, It wont auto add via catseyes settings, I have tried a couple of versions of DBE, and I have tried to drop it in the tuxbox folder without success. The trouble is the missus dosen't want me to change the image because she likes the now and next guide when you go into the channel lists. My next thing to try is reflash the image file, which I will do at the weekend, unless someone has the easy answer. Hopefully the master himself will give me the fix.

I have tried just about everything now, even generated a new regional xml file and replaced catseyes, using dreamset and DBE without success. Maybe there is a bug in there. No worries, I still have the image file, I will reflash with the same image, if I still don't get anywhere I will use a different pli image I have on another box. No issues with that one.

Just a update for anyone adding/updating satelite xml files. I sussed it in the end, I noticed that the sat xml files I assume built within the image by mfaraj57 are write protected (you will find it in the enigma2 folder). Right click the file, go to properties, make sure the write box is ticked. I then first of all, tried to load my catseyes settings again, still no luck. So i generated a new satelite xml file, dragged and dropped it over the file in my enigma2 folder, rebooted the box and that sorted it.
So no need to reflash in the end. Hope this is helpful to someone
