i have xprogra-m 5.0, only read and write IC

for toyotas it is far more easier to make a new key switching the immo off is virtually imposible without reading the flash you need to read the immo box and post it along with key data and one of us will add the key for you

your ecu file isnt the right chip it has a seperate immo box
