If you have any input about below please share.
Today I tried to add a smart key with AVDI for 2008 Lexus IS250. Failed smart ecu reset.
Then I used Techstream, which I did well before with non smart keys and lexus ES remote used keys.
Was not able to connect to SMART key ecu from utilities.
It would give visual indication that it's connecting and then nothing. Kept trying with car running and ignition ON or OFF, same thing.
I'm able to connect to other modules no problem.
Not sure if this model specific or AVDI passthrough settings? Does the key have to be in the car, out, ignition on/off etc.?
Any idea?
