Fiesta adjust help

Fiesta 2007

can someone adjust this mileage for me from around 53K to about 43K

I have tachosoft but it doesn't like the dump from the motorola HC12
maybe I start reading from the wrong place.

emanuels dump was 26K
dash radio was high 42k
digimile was 43K

All 3 dumps have a zero in front so show e.g. 042333 not 42333


is this normal? I wasn't reloading the o.e. dump to check.
