I personally think Enigma is Better support.

Enigma is without a doubt better support. Not to mention with enigma at least your dumps are unencrypted and usable, with dp3 you need to wait a week to get a response back and get the dump back unencrypted. Not to great after it wrecks an ezs unit or it writes wrong to a device and you cant restore the original while the car is at your shop or place.

I got my enigma from EnigmaToolUSA.com and I always get great support from the dealer. Mfg. good too but I prefer dealer.

So what ever you buy make sure you have good support. In this business that's the most Important tool.

As for eveyone else going on enigma is the best , it's NOT , it's neither better or worse there as good as each other , enigma has better PDF system and the box is better user friendly , and more advanced on BMW , but lately dp3 is leading the way , freelancer 2 obd merc obd etc all done via obd 9 months ago enigma just launched it , my dp3 has never failed , enigma has had 1 x touch screen 2x new io boards , 7 x buffer chips

Well DP3 back up support in uk is good.

Andy Strain will ALWAYS rspond to your problem.

Matthew in Poland will ALWAYS reply via email or skype within a few hours.

Banny @ Revtronic will ALWAYS respond asap to yor Enigma problems.

But Spain will never reply to your emails.

6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other.

BUT NEVER EVER say one is far better than the other......unless you have had both you cant judge or comment.

its only micro files that are encrypted with dp3 remember.

micro`s are best read and saved with Rosfar or upa etc, so the encrypted file theory is not that important.

A new law has been applied.

There will be serious panalties on it.
(3 months jale time at first offence. as wich i read)
Everytime the car goes to mot, garage, tyre fitter and even change of owner the km's have to be reported in order to get a history with each numberplate thats called national car pass.

(Registration and plates stay with the car in holland and can be registered to a different owner at sale.)

all processor and Obd READING and do BACKUPP, its in Dp3 format,
can NOT RESTORE with DP3 or another programer( xprog.m,Upa or Rosfar)
must send them , and if you believe me, for 4 years I never get back unpackage file!!!!

and I never get FREE UPDATE!!!!
minimum price for update is 250e ,and you can buy it after 3 mounths, noy directly for this price when come out!!!

Yes my Dp3 is up to date
and now Elprosys, will I take down video from Youtube
( but is the true, its Dp3 do wrong, not me)

and Yes, I know the story: one time long ago (10 years), one company made KM programer , they make LICZNIK,then Diagprog1, then Diagprog2 (like Diga COnsult),
then Elprosys make Diagprog3
then 2 brothers return to spain and make it Enigma!!!!!
