Peugeot Partner 2001 year big problem

Peugeot Partner 2001 year , dash have motorola mcu and BSI have the NEC, i have the big problem . I make it in BSI O km with NYO4 , and dash at 247954...

Now after what i back BSI and dash in car , i have now in display only 000000 km .... where is the problem ????

i will post now original dumps and new dumps

(original KM is 253248)

I first read with NEC programmer and problem is same, after this i make it all again with original Digi Consult and also problem is same

if you have 000000 in dash, just remove alimentation cable from BSI for few sec and put it back, you will see new mileage in dash, give a feed back

What order did you put the dash and bsi back into car?

I think the bsi has to be put in 1st then the dash 2nd.

I'm remove battery , so then i can put first dash and bsi... this is not important if i remove battery..... i work this car before more then 30 pcs , but now have the problem , don't know why ?????? :(

Same problem I had once if nec inside bsi (never heard nec in p206).
LCD was 000000 and STOP light ON, I opened bsi and not good soldered small 4x resistors that going to pins 1-8 on nec programer (if nec inside of course)

look, not dump problem. problem is in soldering. check ALL parts you desoldered or soldered and will find problem, there was 2 smd res 4x (8 all) and also one resistor lowewr then those , problem is in soldering same problem I had, car started,00000 on LCD and STOP lamp ON

i have done many partners and berlingos vith nyo and your dumps look ok so you must did something wrong at soldering check those pins that had to be lifted if they have good contact and as you know it is very easy to solder those resistor pins together. if you dont fix take some photos vith high resolution maybe we can help. or just go and buy a nother bsi from scrap and load your file and dont vaste your time anymore vith this garbage

i try this solution but not work . I thik problem is at contact on NEC ... So will be great if have anyone pinout of NEC from pin 1 to pin 30 , i need know where go this pins at pcb board of BSI ........ i think there is the problem

still not , i think , the NEC is killed .... i can read and write eprom but not work OK, the problem is same ... I'm check all solders and elements but still no work :(

i bet on the BSI resistors, check the resistors (4x array), must have 233 ohms or 213, dont remember now the correct value, if all ok, trie to read the NEC, if reads ok NEC is good......

You mus change small resistors smd 4x210ohm (221):proud:

Looks like the orginal p[oster has gone deaf and a funey color - maybee will sort it's slef out no idea.

Didn't realise partner/berlingo's had NEC - must be the earlier MK1?

I have same problem with Xsara 2001

BSI = 0 km, Dash = 160000, but on display see 000000

I've tried everything, battery disconect, cable disconect, ...

and I put on BSI cca 160 000km and dash is recive km.

nyo4 calculate 0 for bsi, but on 3 positions on memory i change manualy and its OK.
