Is it possible to do the LKM by OBD? Cluster is the same as X5/E39? Customer wants me to do all.

Not same cluster but same memory..
LCM I think is possible you can try not will damage anythink..

try with TU or BMW scanner if it can recognize the car...

done one at that age a while back..
lkm did not go diag...
expect the worst, and then you wont be disapointed..
and if it goes diag BONUS........

If trying to take dials off please remember the spring under dials which often comes out with pin be carfull.:listen:

The worst that can happen if lkm doesnt go diag is that it will lock up indicators etc will either stick on or not work in which case you will have to remove lkm and by programming it with 912 this will unlock it so worth a try as you will have to remove anyway,solder points are same as x5 for dash
