Wifi access software

Hi, im looking for some free software to control access to a wireless network. so i understand i will run a pc with 2 network cards, 1 card receiving internet and other feeding access point. But i want software which will setup a page which users are redirected to and asks them to put in their name and email address, or something similar. Ive found one which asks you to put in a prepaid code which i would give them but i dont want to print of codes all the time, i just want to keep a log of who uses the internet, (i know they could put in fake details but im not bothered about that)
