hello members i have a picture that i would like to use as an avatar but everytime i upload it it fails is there a proram online that will convert it

you can download Photoscape from PhotoScape - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com (http://download.cnet.com/PhotoScape/3000-2192_4-10703122.html?tag=mncol;1) and resize your pic.
or you can use an online resizer Create Avatar (http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/)
150 x 200 pixxels is the maximum size on this forum. 75x 75 is a common size.
