which elsawin 3.70 files must be downloaded

hello
i havent any version of elsawin installed in my pc ,i need installing elsawin 3.70 .

my questions are:
1- i need download elsawin 3.70 for vw+ audi only i dont know which files i must download ,can i start downloading files from part 01 .rar to part29.rar only or must i also download base.rar ?
2- can i do setup the software without any proplems ( i mean final code or any code required for succefull setup process ) ?
