hi can anyone help me having lots of problems with my computer, and have been told to save my files and set back to manufacters settings,but how do i do this its a tiny computer:hmmmm2:

did you not get a system restore disc? if you did, you need to use that to restore back to factory settings. if not, id format the drive and stick a fresh copy of xp/vista on it mate.

hi have a tiny cd with reload/backup on it,have open files and have got bootcat binfile 2kb and bootimg binfile 1.440 kg is this the disc i need and what do i do now

stick the disc in, restart pc, get into bios.
dont know how on your system, but take a look on the screen as its loading. usually delete or f2. set first boot device to cd.
