Hi all.

Im looking for a simple (preferably not linux) Free-sat receiver that can do the following-

1. Must be HD
2. Pause, rewind, record TV (I have a triple LNB) using internal HDD
3. have BBC I-player, ITV Player (when available) etc
4. Schedule recordings/ series recordings etc.
5. USB to play/transfer Xvid/avi, MKV files

Can I please get all your suggestions as I'm kind of struggling to find something that can do the job.

Ta

Jay

Think you might be looking at something from Humax to get anywhere near to fulfilling most of your requirements..

You might be better off choosing a Freesat PVR of somesort, and then choosing a seperate media player for movie files, maybe something like the WDTV Live..

Hi Nibblitz

Yeah I have looked at those WDTV's. I have looked at all sorts of solutions but, I cant find any with all the above in one single unit. Is it a case of what I want does not exist?
