I am thinking of buying the Eurovox ex1000 do you guy's think it's better than the Starview 4? can anyone help me or explain which one I should go for.

both good boxes and with starveiw 4 there is no need to connect your box to pc to update ,everything is done on tv screen with usb pen drive plugged in the back of the box

starview 4 is the best on the market

just when flashing do no touch any thing for about 2 mins
even after its finished

and follow instructions its easy to brick ,,,

then ya have to find some one to jtag it if ya brick it

so you have been warned

I have tried both and I prefer the Eurovox ex1000sl, (ex5000pvr even better). But that's just my opinion.

i've always thought eurovox has been etter than starview

eurovox is better for thickos cos im 1 of them easier to flash got better features like epg then tv channels u can pick up whatppl watch in area

hi all, just got an ex5000pvr....very happy with it. took approx 15 mins to update firmware then maybe 10 to 15 to be up and running.

Hi Just to let you know I went for the Eurvox, I was up and running within 5 mins, was very easy to understand and very easy to use, I'm waiting to see what will happen if and when it needs to be updated, i hope its as easy as when I set it up.

all you need to know is in the red stickys at the top of the page ,
and dont forget you only have to ask if you get stuck ,good luck m8
