Can someone help me oout please. Im able to connect to the trucks abs just fine but im not able to connect to the trailers. Ive tried two diffrent trailers and I get "Partially Connected" Im trying to connect through the truck. Ant suggestions? Thanks

How do I open this? I entered name and password and I get a list of many different things, but when I open them - nothing comes up.

Tried today work well.
1-Uninstall old version if you have it on pc.
2-Download again with ftp manager not with IE !

You'll find you need a L560 Tee with PLC A.K.A. J2497 Protocol Interface to plug into Laptop.

I don't think you can connect to it through the truck as you either have to use an adapter at the trailer connector or there is sometimes a OE data link connector that you can got through but you may need an adapter for that as well. Hope this helps.
