What type ID46 virgin chip did you use?

Vectra C needs PCF7946, so normally you would need to be using a brand new Vectra C remote key, or a recycled one with a new PCF7946 prepared for Vectra.

when you say blank chip , is it totally blank , as a blank chip must be prepared first before programmable or a pre logic chip used .
